Product Description
This is Lewis Ross' second collection of acoustic guitar instrumentals for Christmas, and it is a body of acoustic guitar music as enjoyable and full of good cheer as the first. For those of you who have heard "A Collection of Favourite Christmas Carols", this will be welcome news. On nine of these pieces, Mr. Ross masquerades as the New American Guitar Ensemble by recording each arrangement one part at a time to create the ensemble sound. The other five pieces are duets with his good friend and well known guitarist, Rick Ruskin. Included inside the CD are detailed notes on each of the Songs, Hymns and Carols in this collection.

After practically wearing out the cassettes I'd recorded from the albums I no longer had, I was very glad to get these 2 Christmas cds. They are very relaxing & peaceful to listen to & I look forward to enjoying them for many more Christmases to come. Thanks!!!

I have been waiting for this to be available on Audio CD. Mr. Ross's other Christmas CD is my favorite and this one adds some more wonderful songs to the collection.
Beautiful songs, beautifully played. I will listen to this a zillion times each season and occasionally outside the holiday season. The songs in their gentle rendition really help me get ready for Christmas each year.

I bought the cassette tape in a Hallmark store over 20 years ago, and I played it until the tape wore out. Periodically, I would look for it, and I am so happy that I finally can enjoy it again. The most beautifully arranged and performed accoustic guitar music I have ever heard. So spiritual without words, it brings the spirit of the season right to your heart.

Song, Hymns & Carols as well as Lewis Ross's other Christmas CD Collection of Favourite Christmas C have been family favorites for several years. We bought the LP records long ago and we were very pleased to find the recordings on CDs. These delightful guitar recordings make for very pleasant background music during the holiday season.

This collection of songs performed by Lewis Ross is one of the best versions I've heard in the 35 years I've been in the music business. The playing is virtually flawless, well thought out and expertly performed. I can't say enough good about this album and recommend it highly to anyone that enjoys christmas favorites every year!!
