Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Madagascar is almost indisputably the Mecca for peppercorns, no matter what color or form. These fine and spicy green peppercorns, fresh, with hints of fruits and anise, is an incredible condiment that will infuse your dishes with exotic spice. In their authentic and natural stage, fully rounded and full of spicy flavor and fresh aroma. Produced in France by Moulin. In a beautifully decorated tin that will remind of the French countryside.

5 out of 5 stars Rare and spicy items   August 23, 2007

When even the "gourmet" food stores in our area no longer stock them, you can count on Amazon to come through with a source. These are of excellent quality; and you don't need to worry about them drying out.

5 out of 5 stars QUINTESSENTIAL INGREDIENT   March 8, 2007

I cannot imagine a brown sauce accompanying chicken, beef or lamb without the addition of green peppercorns from Madagascar, packed in brine. They always bring to mind a simple yet elegant meal in a small restaurant in the French countryside.
