Product Description The Ballotin was invented by Neuhaus and has proven to be a true classic. A delight to the eye, time and time again. This is the Neuhaus ballotin that includes fresh cream (Creme Fraiche) filled chocolates.

agreed January 16, 2008 Dan Rice (United States) I agree with the first reviewer, almost completely. While I don't loathe Godiva as they seem to, it seems to me many luxury brands, including Godiva, are seen as such due more to clever marketing than the actual quality of the product. A lot of the unspoken opinion seems to be, if it's exspensive, it must be good. Granted, Neuhaus chocolates are exspensive to, like Godiva, but they surpass them in taste and creativity by a country mile. Unlike Godiva, there's not one in practically every mall in America. Which raises a question: if Godiva is such a luxury item, why are they in so many mid-market malls? Order these, you won't be sorry.
Forget Godiva--this is the real deal July 17, 2007 Diva Dahling (Cleveland, OH) Leave that paraffin that Godiva passes off as luxury chocolate alone. A friend who was living in Belgium at the time brought me a box of Neuhaus chocolates. Bar none: it is the best thing that I ever put into my mouth. Granted, the price is steep, but you get what you pay for. Take my word for it. These confections are worth every penny!
