 Fun little Toaster May 2, 2008
This is a fun little toaster and worth the price. It takes a little practice to get the eggs the way you want them but once you do, you will love this! My 10yr old even loves this toaster especialy since its so easy to use, he can make his favorite eggs and toast whenever he wants. My only advice would be to be sure that you do not reach over the poacher to get your toast as the steam can burn you.

I loved the idea of this toaster/egg cooker, but it only worked for about three weeks. When it worked, I used it all the time. I should have taken it back, but thought, "What's the use?" I can only give it one star, because I wasn't through eating those great poached eggs on English muffins.

I was doubtful that this magical kitchen gadget would live up to its promises, but am pleasantly surprised. It seems very well made & functions perfectly. I think I've saved enough on trips to McDonald's and Sheetz to cover the price I paid already. I have a teenager who believes that a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin is a 'light snack'. Within minutes (and with no help from Mom), he can prepare his dish and be fulfilled - for at least a few minutes...
It also toasts better than my toaster oven (which has been cast to the basement storage for now).

Works as expected. Perfect toast and poached eggs. I use spray canola or olive oil and the eggs drop onto the plate.
Don't understand the complaint about slot size. The bread slots on this product are larger than any toaster I've had. I buy specialty breads, generally wider than average white bread, and they fit perfectly.
Only complaint so far, the water reservor does spot after use. However that's always out of sight and does not seem to effect anything.

I love this toaster! Of course it is more than just a toaster. Everyday since I purchased it, I have made a breakfast sandwich. It's fast, easy, cheaper than fast food chains, and healthier. I've been using a 100% whole wheat muffin, 1 egg, 2 slices of canadian bacon, and 1 slice of cheese. Total calories is just under 300 and it fills me up!
