The first frame I ordered arrived with the glass shattered (despite the obviously careful packaging). I called the company and they immediately sent a replacement frame, which arrived intact. It's a nice quality frame, especially for the reasonable price, and the company was very professional - easy to contact, very pleasant and handled the issue of the broken item quickly and with no hassle.

I was surprised to find just how uncommon a 12 x 18" frame is. I knew I was not interesting in parting with a large sum of money to get one, so I avoided frame/print stores. I wanted something simple but effective, and I wasn't finding it at stationary/card/drug/department stores. This fit the bill perfectly and I was satisfied with my purchase. It is nothing flashy, but it does not look tacky either. Mounting it took all of 2 minutes and it is now serving its purpose.

I'm happy with my 11x17 frame, it's an odd size and impossible to find in Japan. I had to have it shipped to someone in the US and have it forwarded to me at my FPO address, sort of annoying to have the middle step. Frame arrived in fine condition, I had to add the hangars to the back of the frame myself, not a huge deal, but sort of a pain. It hangs in my entry way with a cool print from [...]!!!!
