Good product at an excellent price July 21, 2008 Patrick Pierce (Deer Park, TX United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased these to replace a set of $100 RCA wireless speakers that broke several times in the space of a year. I got tired of having to send in for replacements. All the replacements in wireless speakers I found were anywhere from $100 to $250. I dind't want to spend that much. When I found these at Amazon, i was a little dubious, but thought I could always send them back if they sucked. The picture kind of makes them look cheap, but they are anything but! I was pleasantly surprised when the box arrived to find nice beefy sized speakers that felt solid, not cheapo plastic. The sound is excellent (I use them for my TV), and the transmitter works well with minimal interference noise. It has 10 channels to select from to avoid interference issues and is very easy to use and set up. Excellent value for the price!
Good Buy! July 8, 2008 Sunny side up (Florida USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
You get what you pay for and in this case the quality and service does not reflect this. The speakers are a good buy and they work well.
Speakers March 29, 2008 Cable Technician (Rowlett,Tx.) These speakers work pretty good, have two sets hooked to my surroun sound system, only draw a problem pick up interference when microwave in kitchen is turned on, other than that I am pretty happy with overall performance and sound.
noisy January 12, 2008 Mike (Colorado) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The wireless link produced lots of noise, even when channels were constantly changed. Any kind on a electro-magnetic field produced by refrigerators, dishwashers, or especially microwave ovens rendered the speakers useless. They produce a clicking noise when the path between the transmitter and reciever is broken, even slightly. I wouldn't buy them again.
What now? August 17, 2007 Rachel H. Croom (Beaufort, NC USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I hooked the speakers up and the sound was okay, a little "tinny", but then I don't have a real expensive, state-of-the-art sound system either. I never could get the antenna and the 2 speakers to pick up the same sound on the same channel, but by then I'd thrown away the box. So I still have them, and have bought something locally that works. What now?
