The items that arrived were nothing like what I expected. I'm used to silk-looking garland, and in the photo it appears to be that. There was really no description, so I shouldn't have made an assumption. It was a really heavy plastic garland. Overall, to be fair, it will probably be fine for outdoor use around porch railing. I haven't used it yet as it wasn't what I expected, but I'll probably use it next holiday season as stated previously - as an outdoor porch railing decoration.

I think this garland is great - it does arrive flat but with a little molding and fluffing it looks like the real thing and has just the right amount of lights. Its durable and looks great on my mantel and staircase I have received so many compliments. I think its well worth the price.

DO NOT BUY. The item arrives and looks nothing like the photograph. It does not provide instructions or anything. You are wasting your time. And if you try to contact the merchant, they will give you a smarta$$ response. Very unhelpful. In addition, I ordered another item from them and the company sent the wrong item. When I told them about it, they said send me a photo of what was sent. That is horrible operations. How could you not know what you sent to a customer. I do not have time to go take pictures and then pay for shipping to send it back. Who knows if I will be refunded.

The bad news..the garland comes flat, a spine with 6 inches either side of hard rubber-type pine branches (like half a railroad track). The branches are all identical, so you really have to work the greenery to make it look natural. It's also very heavy. I don't think it looks as nice as the product photo, because it doesn't look as full.
The good news....my price was 1/3 the original cost. I'm planning on adding greenery from a craft store to provide branch diversity. It looks better than the plastic paper stuff you get for 12.99 at craft stores.
