Love the product and the concept of slow cooking. So far, so good, I've had the product for a month and use it at least once a week.

We like this slow cooker. It accommodates a good sized meal for approx. 4 people. The glass lid is great and the oval shape enables longer pieces of food to fit in it. The slow setting works extremely well, food doesn't burn as it could in other slow cookers. It also looks nice sitting on the counter, very sleek.

I've had this slow cooker for about a year. It's done it's job we and continues to do so. I just wish the knob was made as well as the rest of the cooker. Like many other reviewers, my cookers knob broke early on. Which is a shame because the rest of the unit is well-made. I have to struggle to turn a metal post and count clicks. If the cooker is hot, so is that metal post.
I'm giving it four stars though the inconvenience of the broken knob really should pull it down further overall. However, it cooks well and continues to do so and in that respect it is reliable.

This slow cooker is great. It makes excellent meals and tastes deliciously. I use it once a week and sure will make more frequently when winter comes. It's very simple and easy to use and it's a great helper for people don't like to spend too much time in the kitchen. You can throw your favorite vegetables and meat in this big bowl in the morning or before you go to work and dinner will be ready in 6 to 8 hours. Love it.

It's great for single people who don't have time to cook but want a homecooked meal. It's the perfect size to have a nice meal and then freeze the leftovers for another night.
