Product Description It's Christmastime in Mitford, and everyone's favorite characters are filled with holiday spirit. In The Mitford Snowmen, a swirling snowfall brings them to Main Street for a snowman-building contest complete with doughnuts, hot chocolate, and contagious good cheer. A charming small trim size and enchanting four-color illustrations make this the perfect way to visit Mitford and gather a heart full of Christmas joy.

Christmas story March 21, 2008 Shirley Burnside (Oklahoma USA) The book is very short--I plan to use it in decorating for Christmas next year as well as rereading it!
review of The Mitford Snowmen January 21, 2008 J. Spencer (Clyde NC USA) This Hallmark book provides a charmingly illustrated Christmas story for the reader familiar with Mitford and its main characters. Reading it made me long for another installment by Jan Karon in the Mitford saga. Although the illustrations hold their own, I think the story would not be so appealing to the uninitiated Karon fan.
Favorite Christmas stories December 23, 2007 Barbara Nivens (Hogansville, GA, USA) A quick read for adults and children who enjoy this delightful time of year. Set on Mitford's main street this impromtu snowman contest brings out the best in all involved including the self-appointed judge. Enjoy this short book with a neice, nephew, child, or grandchild.
Darling book December 4, 2007 S. Ortiz (CA) This is an absolutely darling book especially for those who love the people in the Mitford series. Nice little stocking stuffer.
A gyp June 18, 2007 Roger Long (Port Clinton, OH USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What I think is most amazing is the fact that the publisher had the audacity to put a $10-plus price on this and double that for the Large Print version. The book is no more than a short short story with some mundane illustrations. The story itself is rather nice, but it really belonged in one of the first four novels in the series.
