Product Description As Little Cub and her family prepare to celebrate the most special day of the year, the curious young polar bear begins to wonder… “Who invented Christmas?” Mama’s answer only leads to more questions like “Is God more important than Santa?” So she and Little Cub head off on a polar expedition to find God and to see how he gave them Christmas. The best Christmas book I've found for children - creative & meaningful November 30, 2008 violetgs (Mountain View, CA United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I researched a ton of Christmas books to give as gifts this year. I was looking for something that conveyed the true meaning of Christmas but in a engaging, child-friendly way to supplement the straightforward telling of the birth of Jesus. This is a wonderful story that actually *has* meaning (instead of many childrens christmas books that mentions that there were animals that saw the Baby Jesus, but doesn't really draw out more meaning than that).
God didn't give you diddly November 18, 2008 Plastic Eggs 2 out of 17 found this review helpful
Especially not a holiday that's nothing but a mish mash of other holidays, including evil scary pagan rituals.
God and Christmas October 21, 2008 Terri (Crescent City, California United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is such a sweet book for any age. We got this for our daughter two years ago, and she still loves reading it. It's about a little polar bear cub who wants to know who invented Christmas, so the Mama bear takes him on a little expedition to see the world, and talks to him about God's creations. Very nicely illustrated, this book will be around for years to come. This is a great book for a Christian's traditional Christmas, and talking about the true meaning of Christmas. Very sweet story, and recommended by our family. I hope your children love it like ours do.
A lovely Christmas story. April 14, 2008 Wendy Sparkes (Suffolk, UK) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
