I grew up in New Orleans with Mr. Bingle. It was such an enjoyable time and I wanted to share it with my son so I bought this book recommended on a New Orleans web site. It was an easy read and my son wanted me to finish the book in one sitting. It is an enjoyable holiday story that will make you laugh and cry. We are still laughing about parts of the book two weeks after finishing it.
