Amazon.com Product Description Timex gives its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport watch a sleek new look that's a great fit for both men and women. Featuring a full complement of athletic timing features and a striking profile, the Timex Triathlon Sleek T59201 has a metallic silver resin case that's complemented by a uniquely styled, slim profile black resin strap. It features three alarms that can be set for daily/weekday/weekend/weekly alarms, two time zones, an all-day white reflector display for easy reading even in direct sunlight, and water resistance to 100 meters. Sport timing functions include: - 100-hour chronograph with lap/split
- On-the-fly recall of lap or split
- Training log stores workouts by date, with best lap, average lap, and total segment time
- Total run format/synchro timer maintains total activity time (less time paused during workout) and overall running time
- Automatic interval repetition counter
- Forward or backward setting
- Built-in setting reminders
- Top pusher for easy access to lap and split
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.

Great, but only while it lasts July 1, 2008 J.C. (Southern California) My family and I have four Timex Ironman watches among us. One by one these things have stopped being waterproof. At first they are fantastic (thus, the number of them that we own). The features are great and they are waterproof - for a while. None of these has ever been abused, just worn and never in water deeper than 10 feet (a mere 3.3 meters). One of them, worn into a swimming pool, came out full of water and completely non-functional. Fortunately it was under warranty, but it still cost $7 to have repaired/replaced. Two others are older than one year, but less than two, and have started becoming foggy after swimming (pool, not ocean). The fog evaporates after an hour or so, indicating that water can not only get in, but that it can get out. The last is only six months old and fine so far, but I do not expect it to last much longer--it too will likely leak just after the warranty expires. For the cost of these things and the claim that they are "waterproof to 100 m," they are incredibly unreliable long-term.
Timex Ironman watch June 29, 2008 Ilene David (USA) I love it. It is light weight, sleek looking , comfortable and has great features!
My Timex Women's Ironman Watch is a Winner June 22, 2008 Mary Burns (Utah) I wanted a rugged watch that I could wear to play tennis and also wear at the beach. This watch fills the bill! The style is sporty but practical. So far I love it! The gray color that I selected goes with everything. It is also easy to set.
Very Reliable and Comfortable June 15, 2008 Thomas Jensen (Las Vegas, NV USA) I use this product as part of my training regieme. It has helped me be the lean mean running machine that I am today. Becky.
Buying another for my son May 30, 2008 T. Gloor (Burlington, MA USA) I've had my watch for probably 3 or 4 years now. I can't remember because I don't concern myself with it. I wear it everywhere. My parakeet is also inlove with it as a head-scratching post. I bought it to replace a similar watch given to me by my husband when we were expecting our son 9.5 years ago. (The ingiglo feature finally gave out.) The alarm features on the first watch were the best and I wanted that again! I could take a nap anywhere I needed to -- Contrary to some reviews, the alarm is more than enough to wake me up. Later on, it was just plain handy to have a timer, alarm, etc. right on my wrist wherever I went without the bulk of the big watches I'd seen before. Now, my 9.5-year-old son wants a watch with an alarm/timer so that he can remember to come home on time, so I'm getting him this because it's not as bulky, once again, as the men's watches. My only complaint is that it only has 3 alarms (my previous one had five), but that's just an inconvenience, not really a problem. I liked the fact that I had three consistent alarms and two variable, but I've learned to live with three total.
